Deadline to submit vendor form/fee: Monday, November 16th, 2026
Payment must be made (and vendor form submitted) by November 16th, 2026 in order to secure your spot at the event. Once your payment is received you will receive a confirmation email securing your spot. Until you receive this confirmation email, you should not consider your spot secured.
There are no refunds once payment is submitted and you are accepted into the show.
Vendors must supply their own table and chairs for the event. The Museum does not provide tables and chairs.
Each vendor will be allowed a 10' linear space. Each vendor may have one 8' table to display their goods and 2' for chair or display stands. Any racks and other display stands must fit within 10' allowance. If you require additional space please contact the Museum.
Vendors will be allowed to set up their table Friday, November 27th, 2026, beginning at 11am until 2PM. Please note that any product left at the Museum overnight is not the responsibility of the Museum.
All vendors must be set up and ready to sell by 10am Saturday morning.
Vendors must move their vehicle to the bank parking lot behind the Museum after unloading. No vendor is allowed to park on Washington Street.
Vendors are required to stay set up until the end of the event, or they sell out of product.
Providing samples is a requirement for food and drink vendors.
All Vendor's fees are non-refundable.
