Hosts Fran and Bob Moore invite guests to gather beside the tranquil waters of Arbuckle Pond for a most spirited North Country interpretation of Oktoberfest. Festive fare and cheerful libations, including local brews, crisp ciders, and Rhine-style wines, set the stage for an evening of hearty laughter and convivial company beneath the open sky. The table will be richly supplied with festive delights worthy of the occasion: warm pretzels, German-style sausages and sausage rolls, golden chicken schnitzel, baked spaetzle, vegetarian pasties, and crisp potato pancakes, accompanied by comforting harvest soups. To conclude the feast, guests may indulge in sweet temptations such as apple strudel and decadent Black Forest gâteau.
